This role combines community growth, event experience, and creative storytelling into one mission: to make SureSpace the home for meaningful digital connections in Dubai and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Building: Create, launch, and scale curated online communities on SureSpace, ensuring they reflect our values of safe expression and creative freedom.Growth Leadership: Drive user acquisition through innovative campaigns, partnerships with coworking spaces, universities, and cultural hubs in Dubai.Events & Experiences: Conceptualize and execute hybrid events (online + offline) that bring SureSpace to life, from DIFC networking nights to interactive digital campaigns.Content & Storytelling: Lead SureSpace’s brand voice across social media, email, and partnerships. Translate our ethical AI mission into compelling narratives.Data-Driven Experimentation: Run rapid tests on campaigns, ads, and community formats to identify what resonates and scale what works.Influencer & Partner Relations: Build alliances with creators, thought leaders, and community figures aligned with our safe-space ethos.What Success Looks Like (KPIs)Active community growth to 10,000+ engaged members within 12 months.Consistent pipeline of monthly hybrid events with 100–500 participants.Paid user acquisition cost (CAC) under target benchmarks.SureSpace recognized as the leading safe-space social app in the UAE by year-end.Who You AreA community-builder at heart with proven experience in social apps, creator platforms, or cultural startups.Equal parts strategist and doer — you can design a campaign and execute it with the same energy.Comfortable with both data and people — you know how to track growth metrics but also how to walk into a room and make people feel they belong.Curious about ethical AI, digital wellness, and future-proof social design.Based in (or willing to relocate to) Dubai and thrive in fast-paced startup environments.Why Join SureSpace?This isn’t just another role — it’s a chance to shape how the next generation of social media works.
