We have launched locally in stealth mode, we tested the product, received early traction signals and engaged with sponsoring brands.Now it is time to build a strong founding team and grow the business.The RoleYou will lead user growth and community momentum from the ground up. This means activating local groups, managing influencers and ambassadors, running events, and creating campaigns that move culture. You will also work with brands to launch sponsored collabs that drive participation and visibility.You Will Own• User acquisition and referral loops• Ambassador and micro-influencer programs• Partnerships with local communities, events, and brands• Social media pages, content, tone of voice, and posting cadence• Onboarding and retention improvementsWhat We’re Looking For• You’ve grown a community-driven or consumer product• You know how to turn outreach into real engagement• Comfortable running both online and real-world activations• Creative, scrappy, proactive, and accountable• You use AI daily to move faster (content, outreach, research, automation)• Experience in events, influencer marketing, or startup environments is a plusWhy JoinThis is a founding-level role with real ownership.
