Tasks include Washing up/bed bath Transfer assistance using the tracksystem/Hoyer lift Vent, trach, suctioning Repositioningthere is a 2ndperson available if needed Companionship Light housekeeping/laundryHours: Full-time hours with some flexibility. Looking for 1st, 2nd, 3rdshifts and weekends preferably(every other) Pay Rate \$20. 00 per hourRequirements Experience preferred, but willing to train the right personMust have a driver\'s license or reliable transportation.

Self-direction allows participants to make their ownchoicesselecting who provides their care and how those services aredelivered. While Community Horizons offers guidance and mentorship, weare not the employer of record. Participants and families make allhiring decisions, with a third-party fiscal agent handling payroll andemployment paperwork.
