From Reddit threads to Discord groups to live meet-ups, you’ll bring these conversations together and make community the beating heart of the brand.The RoleYou’ll be the architect of a brand-new community program — designing how it runs, where it lives, and how it scales. You’ll work across marketing, product, and customer success to connect users, identify advocates, and make every merchant feel part of something bigger.You’ll also shape the offline side — launching local meet-ups in cities like London and New York, leading up to the company’s first flagship event next year.What You’ll Be DoingDefine and build a new global community from the ground up.Choose the right platforms (Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn, etc.) and grow engagement.Moderate discussions, highlight member stories, and spark conversation.Identify “power users” and turn them into advocates and ambassadors.Partner across teams to embed community in every customer touchpoint.Launch local events and the brand’s first major global gathering.Who We’re Looking ForSomeone who’s built a community before — digital or physical — and understands how to create connection at scale. You’re naturally active online, know where people hang out, and love bringing them together. You might come from SaaS, tech, or even gaming or creator communities — what matters is you’ve seen what good community looks like.This role combines digital engagement, events, and brand building. It’s creative, hands-on, and genuinely high-impact.
