You’ll be responsible for cultivating thriving brand communities across social platforms while crafting copy that brings campaigns, content, and conversations to life.You’ll manage a portfolio of client brands, leading community engagement strategies and creating tone-perfect copy for social, digital, and other marketing channels. This hybrid role is a unique opportunity to grow your expertise in content creation while building hands-on experience in community strategy, management, and reporting.Key Responsibilities:Manage and moderate online communities across social platforms, ensuring engaging, on-brand interactions.Create and adapt copy for social media, digital ads, EDMs, and community responses.Develop and maintain consistent tone of voice and messaging guidelines across client portfolios.Write FAQ packages, escalation plans, and customer response templates.Respond to customer queries and conversations in a timely, human, and brand-aligned manner.Craft content that drives community engagement and strengthens brand identity.Take ownership of campaign calendars, post scheduling, and quality control.Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships with clarity and confidence.Analyse community insights and social metrics to refine copy and engagement strategy.Assist with the implementation of social media campaigns, including content publishing and performance tracking.Support the development of creative briefs and contribute to brainstorms.Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account managers to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.Maintain up-to-date access to social and content management tools.Expand knowledge of integrated campaign copywriting and omnichannel content strategy.Build confidence in reporting performance and presenting outcomes to clients.Gain exposure to end-to-end creative production across Tag’s global content ecosystem.Grow your ability to lead and influence community engagement strategy.This job description outlines the duties and responsibilities of the role and the necessary skills and knowledge required to perform them as of the date it was created.
