Community Manager – Gaming Industry (Bali-based, Semi-Remote)Join our team of passionate gamers and help shape the voice of our growing community! We are only looking for candidates with proven experience in managing gaming-related communities (whether on Reddit, Discord, or social media platforms).This is a semi-remote position (Hybrid), but you must be based in Bali, Indonesia (weekly team meetups required).ResponsibilitiesManage and grow our Reddit presence, including posting content and engaging with users.Create and manage engaging content for Facebook and Discord, such as events or giveaways.Monitor community discussions and respond to feedback or questions.Collaborate with the team on product launches, announcements, and marketing campaigns.Provide community insights and improvement suggestions to boost engagement.RequirementsBased in Bali (semi-remote with weekly team meetings).Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Proven experience as a Community Manager in the gaming industry.Deep understanding and passion for gaming culture and online communities.Strong writing and communication skills.Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing or moderating Discord servers.Familiarity with content planning tools (Notion).Interested?
