Do you thrive in creating growth both online and offline by authentic communication with brand ambassadors and influencers?If so, we hope you want to join our team!About your role in the Marketing TeamAs our Community Manager, you will play a key strategic role in shaping, driving, and scaling our community efforts across platforms and audiences. You will set the direction for our community strategy, lead partnerships, and create meaningful, high-impact experiences that strengthen our brand and community — both online and offline.Your tasks and responsibilities in the position as Community Manager will include:Strategic Community Leadership: Develop and implement a long-term community strategy that supports our brand positioning and business growth.Community Engagement & Growth: Lead initiatives that inspire, activate, and retain our community across digital and physical touchpoints.Event Strategy & Execution: Lead, plan and oversee community events — from intimate gatherings to large-scale activations — ensuring they align with our brand values and storytelling.Content & Communication: Drive the creation of engaging and creative content for social channels, including daily content, campaigns, interviews, and video concepts that resonate with our audience.Influencer & Ambassador Relations: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors. You’ll oversee and manage collaborations, agreements, and performance tracking to ensure measurable impact.Seeding & Advocacy: Design and manage the product seeding strategy and logistics, nurturing authentic brand advocacy and community storytelling.Insights & Feedback: Gather, analyze, and translate community insights into actionable recommendations that inform content, product, and brand development.Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships with like-minded talents, brands and organizations to co-create content, events, and community initiatives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with brand partners, marketing, product, and communications teams to align community initiatives with broader business goals.Ideal skills and qualifications we believe in supporting a positive journey in this role (we don’t expect you to check all the boxes to be a good candidate for the position)Several years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, or brand activation — ideally from a scale-up, agency, or fashion/lifestyle brand.A strategic mindset and the ability to transform insights into concrete plans and measurable outcomes.A strong network and relationship-building skills, both online and offline.A structured and results-driven approach with a focus on planning, KPIs, reporting, and continuous optimization. Available on a flexible schedule and willing to work outside regular “office hours”. For instance, nights and weekends (e.g., when events or projects are due).
