Job Description

We're looking for a creative and tech-savvy Community Officer to drive engagement across our SME network. You'll manage our online community platform, create engaging content, support member onboarding and retention, and organise virtual events. In this role, you will: ✅ Lead the onboarding and engagement of our certified SME members. ✅ Create compelling content and manage online conversations. ✅ Organise virtual events and foster meaningful connections. ✅ Collaborate across teams to support member success and retention. ✅ Use data to track engagement and continuously improve the platform experience. If you have experience in customer service and client relationship management as well as digital communications, and a strong interest in diversity, inclusion and responsible procurement, we’d love to hear from you. 📅 Apply: Send us your CV and a supporting statement that explains your suitability for the role in no more than 350 words via LinkedIn or via email to HR@msduk.org.uk.
