In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you’ll work across the Community, Aged Care, and Hospital sectors to promote, support, and deliver Novis’ innovative range of healthcare products. Your day-to-day will include sales, clinical support, and hands-on training – all focused on helping clients and end users find the right solutions to improve quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell a range of assistive products including beds, mattresses, seating, bathroom aids, and more.Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, facilities, and clients.Provide clinical support and product training tailored to customer needs.Become a knowledgeable advocate for Novis’ products and brand values.Deliver professional, empathetic support to customer enquiries.Attend industry events, product launches, and team meetings.Keep accurate CRM records of your sales activities and client interactions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, timely service delivery.About YouSales experience is highly regarded, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.The ability to show empathy and respect when working with people living with disabilities, carers, and familiesExcellent communication skills and a strong customer-first mindset.Ability to identify client needs and recommend effective solutions.Knowledge of the disability sector and assistive equipment is a plus.Eagerness to develop deep product knowledge and represent our brand proudly.A team player who’s ready to hit the ground running.A current NSW Drivers Licence is required.Comfortable performing physical aspects of the role, including regular lifting (up to 20kg) during product installations or demonstrations.Bilingual language skills (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) are highly preferred.Compliance Requirements (or Willingness To Obtain) NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check Police Check Up-to-date vaccinationsWhat We OfferA supportive, close-knit team environmentThe chance to positively impact people’s lives every dayComprehensive training and professional developmentCompetitive salary and benefitsReady to Join Us?If you’re passionate about healthcare and want to make a genuine difference, we’d love to hear from you.Please note: Only applicants with full Australian work rights will be considered for this position.
