Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Specialist based in Oakville, ON. The Community Specialist will be responsible for fostering member engagement, creating a sense of community, and managing day-to-day operations within the coworking space. Additional responsibilities include ensuring a welcoming environment, addressing member inquiries, providing top-notch customer service, and assisting in coordinating community events. The role will also involve communicating with clients, addressing feedback, and maintaining the overall quality and operation of the coworking environment.
