As a MSWA Community Support Worker, you'll be the difference for individuals and families, providing personalised care and support right in their homes across the metro area.This is your chance to bring your skills and experience to enhance the lives of our clients during their daily routines.We're seeking caring and empathetic support workers to join us across Centra Perth in the below suburbs and surrounds!JandakotKardinyaMelvilleSubiacoWillageeWe operate between 6:00 AM and 22:00 PM, and this is a permanent part-time role 20 hour per fortnight. Your role will involve:Providing personal care to promote health and well-being.Medication administration and assistance.Meal preparation, household chores, and other essential tasks.Facilitating social access and leisure activities.Tailoring care plans to meet individual needs and goals.A Little About UsWe exist to make a real and lasting difference to the lives of Western Australians – whatever their needs, whatever their neuro condition, we are ready!Our Community Support team plays a crucial role in delivering care and support to our Clients in their homes across the Perth metro area.
