We’re looking for a part-time Junior Cloud service consultant to support globally based Microsoft partner engineers using Companial platform while deploying Dynamics 365 Business Central solution on Microsoft Azure. In this role you will also have a possibility to learn newest cloud technologies and be able to influence the future of the platform used by more than 1000 companies worldwide. By running through our training program you will quickly get knowledge about technologies in use while benefit from your experience in Windows networking, SQL server, Virtualization and/or ERP areas. You can join us in Vilnius or Kaunas office.
What you will do: Providing technical support to partners hosted on Companial Self-Provisioning platform (Partner Portal, Windows Server, SQL Server, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central Server)Leading online meetings with the Partners to troubleshooting issues or deliver trainingReact to monitoring alertsWhat we expect from you: Student in Computer Science/IT related fieldPrevious experience in IT support is advantage Proficient written and spoken English is a mustAbility to work independentlyAttention to detailsGood problem solving and organizational skillsEager to learn on the jobPossibility to work in a 24/7 on-call rotationWhat we offer:
