From keeping your business in compliance and streamlining operations, to protecting and promoting your brand online, we use our expertise and personal approach to help your business run smoother.Tasks and Responsibilities:Managing own client portfolio;Being the go-to for the complex clients and structures;Ensuring that the client entities are in good legal standing and compliant with local & international legislation and regulations;Enabling the client entities to meet their timelines in relation to all legal & regulatory matters;Keeping the records of the client entities up to date;Understanding the challenges firsthand and flags and sharing them with the manager;Sustaining and strengthening our reputation as a proactive provider of trust and corporate services;Acting as a gatekeeper and making sure we protect the financial system, and WFT (“Wet Financieel Toezicht”) regulations;Being a team player with a positive critical and proactive attitude, a strong personality, and a “hands-on” mentality;Coaching and supporting junior members of the team.What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?Required qualifications: 5+ years of working experience within the trust, financial services industry, or law firms;Strong background in Dutch lawExperienced in working for multinational companies;Fluent in English, both oral and written.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of structured finance and securitizations;Experienced in client service delivery;Working experience within a law firm (banking & finance), banks or private equity firms;Fluent in Dutch, both oral and written
