This is what we do for our clients, our markets and our communities every day.We are seeking a high calibre, experienced and passionate company secretarial professional to join our Accounting & Compliance Department. EisnerAmper currently has 16 partners and employs 110 professionals. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work for 16-20 hours per week.What you will be doing:You can expect to be a key member of our Accounting & Compliance team working in the following areas:Preparation and filing of Annual Returns and taking responsibility for ensuring that clients are meeting their statutory filing obligationsPreparation and filing of ad hoc statutory forms at the Companies Registration Office (e.g. change of officer, change of address etc.)Filing documents with the Beneficial Ownership RegistryPreparing board minutes, AGM packs and EGM packsUpdating and maintaining the company secretarial databaseMaintaining company Minute Books and Statutory RegistersDealing with queries and requests, on a day-to-day basis, from clients, auditors, solicitors and internal staffKeeping up to date with changes in legislationResponsibility for billing clients and debtors’ collectionFiling, archiving and general administrative duties.Who are we looking for?ICSA qualified with a minimum of 3-4 years’ post qualification experienceThird level degree (Level 8) required.
