Company Secretary (Practice)Dublin SouthAn established professional services firm based in South Dublin is seeking a Company Secretary to join their Company Secretarial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a minimum of two years’ relevant experience who is passionate about their career in company secretarial work. The role offers the chance to work within a supportive and collaborative team of five company secretaries, with opportunities for professional development and career progression. The RoleManage a varied portfolio of clients, supporting their compliance with the Companies Acts and other statutory obligations.
Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filings with the Companies Registration Office (CRO). Liaise with directors, senior management, legal advisors, and auditors as required. Support corporate transactions including share transfers, incorporations, and changes to company structure. Monitor deadlines for statutory and regulatory filings to ensure compliance. Provide advice and guidance on company secretarial matters and corporate governance. Maintain and update statutory records and client databases. Please note: This role involves little or no minute-taking. The CandidateMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a Company Secretarial role, ideally within a professional services environment.
ICSA/CGI qualification preferred or willingness to work towards it. Strong knowledge of Irish company law and statutory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with company secretarial software is an advantage.
