As a Senior Manager, D&T, Platforms, you will be responsible for the successful management of strategic projects in your area of responsibility.

In your role, you will also be responsible for part of the business applications portfolio, including enterprise resource planning systems. You will be responsible for your own team of experts and work together with the organization's professionals towards agreed goals. In the team, you will also work closely with external technology and service partners and the group's Digital & Technology function. You are able to communicate solutions and alternatives clearly, precisely, structured and inspiringly to your team and partners. Your role emphasizes interaction skills and networking. We expect you to have over five years of experience in change management and the successful implementation of similar projects. You will need convincing interpersonal skills to operate at multiple levels across all functions, both internally at Compass and externally. You communicate fluently in written and oral English. Proficiency in Finnish is an added advantage. Your educational background may include, for example, a technical university degree, a bachelor's degree or similar.
