)Waste Manifest AdministrationEnsure the cold rooms are cleaned and disinfectedSending of anatomical, cytotoxic, and pharmaceutical waste to third party for disposalSHE AwarenessOperate and maintain weighing scales to accurately measure medical waste quantitiesEnsure all weights are recorded correctly and in compliance with company policies and state regulations. Inspect incoming and outgoing waste containers to confirm proper labeling and compliance with safety standards. Maintain accurate records and logs of all transactions related to medical waste handling. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient processing of medical waste shipments. Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Assist with audits and inspections as necessary. Participate in training and development to stay informed about the latest industry practices and regulatory changes. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in waste management or environmental science is a plus. Previous experience in a scale operator role or similar position preferred. Familiarity with medical waste management and regulatory standards is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and data entry.
