This is a fully remote contract position and we're looking for Senior Design Project Manager to lead and coordinate the design efforts of a major app redesign. The role focuses on ensuring alignment across design, product, engineering, and business stakeholders, and requires strong leadership in program management, agile workflow operations, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Manage design schedules, deliverables, and capacity planning Lead design ceremonies (e. g.

, stand-ups, retros, sprint planning) and align design tasks within Agile workflows Act as the bridge between design and other teams, ensuring alignment and representation in planning meetings Oversee the design review process, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to UX/UI and design system standards Maintain clear documentation, executive updates, and team accountabilityRequirements: 5+ years of project/program management, with 3+ years supporting UX/UI or product design teams Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and ZeroHeight Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies Strong understanding of the UX/UI lifecycle, from research to delivery Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skillsPreferred:
