Job Description:Assisting the Compensation & Benefits team with administrative tasks; preparing certificates/official letters, PJS letters, and transfer letters; managing attendance administration from the attendance machine system; and verifying the quality of attendance data in Sunfish. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong skill in administrative supportExcellent attention to detailStrong organizational and filing skills for both digital and hard-copy documents.Good communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Willing to do full Work From Office at Head Office, West Jakarta
