Job DescriptionDevelop compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business/market needs, provide strategic guidance to senior management, and ensure the effective implementation of compensation policies and benefits programsLead end-to-end Payroll processing for Malaysia and other assigned regions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local statutory requirements.Lead and coach a team of payroll personnel to deliver operational excellence.Prepare and review payroll reports for internal and external audits.Ensure accurate reporting of taxes, statutory contributions, and other regulatory requirements.Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and drive necessary updates.Review and enhance payroll processes, controls, and documentation. Identify opportunities for automation and lead payroll system enhancements.Provide advisory support on compensation and payroll matters to HR and business teams.Support budget planning and cost forecasting for payroll and headcount-related expenses.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of Compensation & Benefits experience, with at least a year in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of Malaysia payroll legislation; regional experience is a plus.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
