This role requires strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with HR and leadership to ensure competitive and fair compensateRoles and Responsibilities·      Collaborate with HR Team and leadership to define and implement the organization's compensation philosophy and strategy. ·      Implement guidelines for salary ranges, pay scales, bonuses, and performance-based incentives, considering market data, internal evaluations, and budget constraints. ·      Partner with HR team to evaluate jobs based on market data and internal structures. ·      Conduct market analysis to understand industry benchmarks, salary trends, and competitive practices. ·      Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of salary structures, recommending adjustments as needed. ·      Explain and communicate benefits and incentives policies and programs to all employees. ·      Manage the administration of benefits programs, including enrollment, eligibility verification, claims processing, and legal/regulatory compliance. ·      Assess the organization's current benefits offerings, gather employee feedback, and identify areas for improvement. ·      Collaborate with HR leadership to monitor the effectiveness of the benefits package through data analysis and feedback. ·      Design incentive structures, variable pay models, and performance-based bonuses to motivate employees towards high performance. ·      Communicate performance-based compensation programs to employees, explaining how metrics are tied to compensation outcomes and providing guidance. ·      Analyze market data, industry trends, and internal structures to determine appropriate salary adjustments and promotions based on performance and market trends. ·      Collaborate with HR team to review performance evaluations, market data, and employee feedback to determine salary adjustments and promotions.·      Communicate salary adjustments, promotions, or review outcomes to HR team, department heads, supervisors, and employees, ensuring transparency. ·      Coordinate the implementation of salary adjustments, promotions, or reviews, updating employee records and documentation. ·      Partner with HR team to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of salary administration processes, gathering feedback and proposing improvements. ·      Communicate changes in HR policies, procedures, and compensation and benefits directly to employees. ·      Conduct regular reviews of compensation and benefits programs to ensure they meet objectives and market adjustments based on feedback and analysis. ·      Review compensation and benefits practices for compliance with relevant regulations. ·      Collaborate with the HR leadership to implement programs that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. ·      Design competitive compensation packages and rewards systems to attract and retain top talent.Qualifications·      BA/MBA in Management or a related field with a minimum of 7/5 years of experience of which 2 years is focused in compensation and benefits. ·      Strong understanding of compensation strategy, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ·      Ability to think strategically and implement effective compensation and benefits solutions.·      Proficiency in using HR software and systems.·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Competency and Skills·      Strategic planning and organizational skills. ·      Advanced knowledge of employment laws and regulations. ·      Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities. ·      Effective communication and negotiation skills. ·      High level of confidentiality and ethical standards.BenefitMonthly Basic salary 36,000 to 43,000 depending on experience and salary history plus transportation allowance and position allowance.
