Human by nature.Compensation Specialist - Your future position?Our team provides support in a wide range of activities including supporting compensation processes, market analysis, policy guidance, reporting, issue resolution, vendor management, and continuous improvement projects. As a Compensation Specialist you will be part of the Compensation Solutions team located in Budapest and you will report to the Compensation Solutions Manager. You will work closely with the Compensation Center of Expertise, Regional and Local HR Managers within the HR teams across Europe & SAMEA, HRBPs, Payroll Officers and External Providers.In this versatile role you will be responsible for:Assisting in the effective management of annual salary review and short term incentive processes.Participating in Global compensation surveys. Analyzing survey results to identify compensation trends and support compensation benchmarking activities and salary structure development and maintenance.Providing guidance to HR community on company compensation policies and practice.Conducting internal and external data analyses, trend identification, equity comparisons.Assisting in the development of compensation education and training materials.Documenting all current compensation practices/procedures.Assisting with compensation reporting activities within established processes and governance to meet business analysis requirements.Participating in special projects such as enhancement of compensation systems and tools to support continuous process improvement efforts.Assisting in the preparation of all standard GBS HR compensation reports, including ad-hoc request e.g., management reports, progress reports, under the guidance of seniorsManaging issue resolution / solutioning from countries / regions on rewards Support; Escalating complex queries/exceptions to seniorsEngaging with third party vendors as and when required and ensure they meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and key performance indicatorsYour professional profile includes:Undergraduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.5+ years experience in relevant roleAdvanced MS Excel and knowledge of Ms Office or equivalent tools.
