Aktor Group of Companies is a leading player in the country’s infrastructure sector and delivers high-end services from an integrated portfolio of capabilities, including Construction, Real Estate, Renewables, Facility Management and Facility Participation. As one of Greece’s largest groups with 7,000 employees, our commitment is to build the infrastructure that empowers people and communities to thrive.We are looking for a highly skilled Competition & Financial Offers Associate to join AKTOR Group.Duties And ResponsibilitiesEvaluate new tenders through public tender databases, platforms, websites (ESIDIS, COSMO-ONE, KIMDIS, DIAVGEIA, etc.)Prepare, draft, and submit electronically financial offersCalculate and analyze costs (labor, insurance, operational, administrative)Collaborate and coordinate with other departments for bid preparationMonitor and manage correspondence with services, partners, and suppliers (communication, clarifications, drafting letters, etc.)Verify company legal documents and ensure they are updated Manage letters of guaranteeCheck, record, manage, and maintain electronic and physical bid filesMonitor and supervise all tender processes in ESIDISCommunicate with contracting authorities and the company's legal departmentJob Qualifications And RequirementsBSc in Economics, Business Administration, or a related fieldMSc in Economics/Management will be considered an asset1-3 years of experience in preparing & costing financial offersKnowledge of ESIDIS and labor legislation desirableExcellent knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent knowledge of EnglishAbility to organize tender folders and meet deadlinesAnalytical, communication, and organizational skillsEffective communication / collaboration with other departmentsAttention to detailResponsibility and consistency in taking on dutiesThe Company OffersA competitive compensation packagePrivate medical insurance Engaging and challenging tasks within large-scale projects Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth A positive and collaborative working environment Committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace for all team members.
