The team advises on high-profile merger control, antitrust, and regulatory matters for both international and domestic clients and is consistently recognised as a top-tier adviser in Ireland.The RoleYou will work on complex and high-value matters across a broad range of competition and regulatory issues, including:EU and Irish merger control and foreign direct investment screeningAntitrust investigations and state aid / foreign subsidies regulationPublic procurement lawEconomic and sectoral regulation across industries such as telecommunications, energy, transport, and broadcasting You will collaborate closely with senior colleagues, contribute to client strategy, and provide commercially-focused legal advice across a diverse client base.The PersonNQ to Senior Associate level, with strong academic credentials and interest in competition and regulatory lawClient-focused, with the ability to manage a diverse workload and deliver high-quality adviceCommercially aware, collaborative, and resilient, with an enthusiasm for developing specialist expertise in a growing practiceComfortable working in a hybrid environment, based in Dublin or Cork Why This RoleThis is an opportunity to join a leading team in a supportive, inclusive environment, working with high-calibre clients on cutting-edge competition and regulatory matters.
