Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Compliance Administrative Officer, based in Brisbane, QLD, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves providing administrative support, ensuring effective communication within teams and with clients, and maintaining adherence to compliance processes. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, organizing documents and schedules, and maintaining efficient workflows. Qualifications Proficiency in General Administration and Administrative Assistance, with excellent time management and multitasking abilitiesStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and stakeholdersExceptional Organization Skills with a detail-oriented approach to handling tasks and maintaining recordsAbility to adapt to hybrid work environments and manage responsibilities both on-site and remotelyExperience in regulatory compliance or related industries is a plusDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamProficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
