In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our supplier, operator, and affiliate partnerships, helping us maintain the highest standards in onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing compliance.This is your chance to bring your attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ownership mentality to a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.What You’ll DoAs a Compliance Analyst, your core responsibilities will include:Supplier, Operator & Affiliate OnboardingFacilitate smooth onboarding processes for suppliers, operators, and affiliate partners in line with KYC and compliance guidelines.Conduct thorough KYC reviews and prepare applications for submission to relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams to gather all necessary documentation and information.Casimba Gaming KYC & Compliance SupportPrepare and submit all KYC forms and supporting documentation.Maintain accurate records, ensuring internal processes are followed and up-to-date.Review KYC documentation, communicate effectively, and keep documentation organized.Affiliate & Marketing ComplianceVerify and approve affiliate payment details and coordinate changes with internal teams.Assist Finance in monthly commission payments and confirm eligibility.Investigating affiliate traffic sources ensuring advertising compliance for various jurisdictions. Working closely with the Affiliate Team and White Hat Gaming Compliance team to ensure marketing compliance for regulated markets, Specifically, but not limited to, UK & Finland.Continuous Improvement & CollaborationSupport the development of a compliance quality assurance program.Review and enhance KYC processes and internal controls.Attend compliance meetings, provide updates, and contribute to discussions.Who You AreYou thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and take pride in staying ahead of deadlines.
