Job Description:The Compliance Analyst will support the administration and continuous improvement of the Compliance Program across the Americas region. This role is responsible for collating and analyzing program data, maintaining dashboards and reporting for governance forums, coordinating training and awareness activities, supporting investigations and case management workflows, and assisting with thirdparty risk, policy governance, and compliance monitoring initiatives. The ideal candidate is detailoriented, highly organized, datasavvy, and comfortable collaborating across markets, time zones, and functions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport administration, consolidation, and presentation of training, Gifts & Hospitality, Conflicts of Interest, and investigations data and insights for Regional General Counsel and governance reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Track actions and deliverables, support agenda preparation, and maintain dashboards and materials for various governance committees and compliance forums. Coordinate data collation, tracking, and reporting across local markets in Americas region; serve as liaison with the global compliance team to align methodologies, definitions, and timelines. Monitor implementation status of compliance initiatives, and policies, including version control and dissemination records. Collate training data, survey responses, and awareness metrics; develop and maintain dashboards and executiveready presentations reflecting trends, KPIs, and actionable insights. Administer and manage designated compliance tools and systems; triage incoming reports or requests, coordinate followups, and produce periodic and ad hoc analytics. Assist with Conflicts of Interest and Gifts & Hospitality systems and workflows; track responses, and support analytics to identify patterns and control gaps. Support deployment and ongoing use of group thirdparty risk tools; consolidate diligence data and reporting; assist in M&A and affiliate due diligence workstreams and documentation. Project manage workstreams related to Legal & Compliance platform deployment in Americas region; track market adoption, user feedback, and remediation of issues. Assist the senior compliance team in conducting compliance risk assessments by preparing data packs, coordinating stakeholder inputs, and documenting results. Support the development and delivery logistics of regional training and awareness initiatives, including audience targeting, content tracking, completion monitoring, and effectiveness measurement. Assist in promoting a culture of compliance by preparing communications, intranet updates, and awareness materials aligned to program priorities. Serve as a responsive point of contact to route employee inquiries, escalate concerns appropriately, and provide guidance on process steps and tool usage. Support investigations as needed by coordinating/scheduling interviews, document collection, and file organization; ensure documentation aligns with process requirements and retention standards. Contribute to ongoing monitoring of thirdparty relationship diligence Professional SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare concise, executiveready reports, dashboards, and presentations. Exceptional organization and time management skills; able to prioritize multiple, interrelated tasks and meet tight deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail. Proven ability to work effectively across cultures, markets, and functions; collaborative and serviceoriented approach with strong stakeholder management. Discretion and sound judgment; consistent commitment to ethical conduct. Proficiency with data analysis and metricsdriven decisionmaking, including experience building and interpreting dashboards to identify trends, KPIs, and areas for improvement. High degree of comfort with new technology and process enablement tools; ability to learn and help deploy new platforms and enhance adoption and data quality. Effective meeting and project coordination skills, including agenda preparation, action tracking, and closing loops with stakeholders. QualificationsBachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, finance, accounting, data analytics, law, or a related field. Approximately 2+ years of relevant professional or administrative experience Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or willingness to train on such tools, required; Strong document management, recordkeeping, and fileorganization habits consistent with audit and discovery expectations. Bilingual or very strong proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus; ability to work across U.S. and regional time zones as needed. Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision while escalating risks and roadblocks appropriately.
