Compliance Analyst / Officer (all genders)Full-Time or Part-Time | 50–100% | VaduzAbout the roleThis role offers the opportunity to support compliance activities within an international insurance and financial services environment. You will contribute to ensuring regulatory adherence, risk monitoring, and the effective implementation of compliance frameworks.Your responsibilitiesSupport the identification, assessment, management, monitoring, and documentation of compliance risks within the internal control and operational risk framework.Assist in preparing and implementing the annual compliance activity plan, and monitor progress.Track legal and regulatory developments, contribute to internal compliance policies, and support the drafting of guidance and training material.Contribute to compliance reporting for executive management and the board of directors.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide support on legal or regulatory matters.Your profileAcademic background in law, economics, or a related field, with further training or qualifications in compliance or regulatory topics.Knowledge of insurance supervision and contract law within the EEA; familiarity with Liechtenstein law is an advantage.Ideally 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in the financial services industry, preferably insurance.Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high standard of personal performance.What’s on offerAttractive staff benefits and participation programmes.Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.Flexible working options allowing you to work independently of time and place.
