If you're passionate about contributing to something bigger and enjoy working in a collaborative, purpose-led environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.What you’ll do:Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance across our 30+ villages. Key responsibilities include:Managing annual Village AGMs, statutory reporting, and the RVA audit programmeAdvising Village and Operations Managers on compliance and legal mattersSupporting the administration of complaints, settlements, and legal documentationMaintaining ORA stock records and ensuring compliance with tenancy legislationCoordinating enterprise-wide insurance renewals and managing claimsSupporting the Legal Team with occupation right agreement settlements, transfers, and terminations, as needed. This is a dynamic role that will see you working cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders, to support a high standard of operational integrity and resident care.What you’ll bring:A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. law, business, or similar)High attention to detail and strong organisational skillsAbility to manage competing deadlines and complex documentationExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and WordA proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine commitment to care and qualityWhy Join Us?At Oceania, we’re committed to Making the Difference - for our residents, their families, and each other.
