The company delivers customer-focused solutions that help businesses connect with their audiences while enhancing efficiency, compliance, and transparency in operations. ClearSkies is the exclusive reseller of the TenderSureTM platform in the horn of Africa. TenderSureTM automates Supplier Sourcing activities including Supplier Prequalifications and Tenders for our clients. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in compliance and bidder support efforts, fostering client relationships and be detail-oriented with a background in Procurement. Background:We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our TenderSure support team. The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of skills in compliance, bidder support, procurement, and sales. This role will ensure that our operations comply with relevant regulations while delivering excellent service to clients and actively supporting the sales team.Key Responsibilities:Compliance: 1.    Monitor and ensure bidder adherence to local laws, industry regulations, and company policies related to procurement and tender management.2.    Check validity of documents with relevant issuing authorities.3.    Conduct reference checks.4.    Conduct due diligence and provide compliance guidance to the team.Bidder Support:1.    Act as a primary contact for bidders, responding promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person.2.    Provide training and guidance on our procurement related products and services to customers.3.    Resolve bidders’ issues and escalate complex problems appropriately.Sales Support:1.    Identify and qualify potential leads and support sales outreach efforts.2.    Collaborate with the Business Development team to prepare proposals, presentations, and client follow-ups.3.    Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and market opportunities.
