Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability Lead📍 Dublin | Hybrid | Permanent 💼 Financial Services / Procurement GovernanceThis is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact governance function within a leading financial services organisation, driving best-in-class regulatory frameworks and ESG integration across vendor relationships.As Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability Lead, you’ll shape and enhance Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks in line with key Irish and EU regulations — including DORA, GDPR, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines and CBI requirements. You’ll lead regulatory submissions and inspection readiness, track emerging best practices, and collaborate across the Three Lines of Defence to embed robust governance standards.You’ll also play a pivotal role in aligning vendor due diligence and oversight with sustainability and ESG goals, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure ethical, resilient, and compliant sourcing practices.What you’ll bring:7+ years’ experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or sustainability within financial servicesStrong knowledge of Irish/EU outsourcing and ESG frameworksExperience engaging with the Central Bank of Ireland or similar authoritiesProven leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skillsIf you’re ready to lead regulatory and sustainability initiatives that truly make an impact — we’d love to hear from you.
