You’ll also contribute to investigations, helping identify root causes and implement actions that prevent recurrence.You’ll support the Corporation’s engagement with external regulators, particularly the NSW Environment Protection Authority, and assist in developing and delivering training and communication initiatives that promote positive compliance practices.Working collaboratively across the business, you’ll contribute to strategic planning, system improvements, and key initiatives that enhance our overall compliance performance and organisational integrity.We Would Love You To Have/beYou are a self-motivated, highly organised professional with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a genuine commitment to promoting a strong compliance culture. You bring a proactive and analytical approach, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical solutions that support operational excellence.You’ll have experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory assurance—ideally in environmental or operational settings—and strong attention to detail. Your communication and stakeholder engagement skills enable you to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.You are confident using data and systems to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement, and hold tertiary qualifications in law, governance, environmental science, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).You’ll BringRelevant tertiary qualifications (eg.
