This is a vital role for a professional with a relevant track record, ready to take ownership of the end-to-end bidding process, from ensuring strict regulatory compliance to managing complex project timelines. You will be the driving proposals of your own and supporting the team as an expert, transforming complex tender requirements into compelling, winning bids that highlight our innovative vertically integrated solutions.If you excel at navigating intricate legal frameworks, deadlines and love to collaborate with your colleagues, we invite you to help us support a more sustainable world.Your Impact: What You’ll DoEnsure Rigorous Compliance: Serve as the expert on public procurement regulations and commercial proposal standards, meticulously ensuring every submission meets all legal and client-specific requirements.Lead Bids: Drive the entire lifecycle of your own bids, participating in initial opportunity assessment and strategy development to final submission and review.Coordinate Bid Submissions with Precision: Masterfully coordinate bid timelines, allocate resources, and ensure seamless communication between projectmembers and contributors to meet every deadline.Analyze & Mitigate Risk: Conduct in-depth analysis of tender documents to identify key requirements, opportunities, and potential compliance risks, developing strategies to ensure a successful outcome.Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between projectmembers and contributors, ensuring every proposal is not only compliant and compelling but also powerfully communicates our unified valueproposition.Innovate & Refine Processes: Proactively use AI and agentic AI to enhance our bidding processes, tools, and templates for both efficiency and compliance, helping us stay ahead in a competitive landscape.What You'll Bring to the Team2-3 years of demonstrated experience in a role balancing bid/proposal management with cross-functional project management.Strong expertise in public procurement and/or B2B proposal processes, with a deep understanding of the European and/or international legal and compliance frameworks involved.Excellent organizational and process-management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.A strategic and analytical mindset, with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and mitigate risk.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and articulate complex ideas with clarity and confidence.A relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, business, or a related field.Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
