In this role, you will support the Company and its affiliated entities by ensuring that operations meet legal and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. The position involves providing support across areas such as GDPR and AML/CFT compliance, licensing processes, responsible gambling, consumer protection, and the maintenance of policies and procedures.What will you do?Support the company’s overall compliance framework by assisting in areas such as AML/CFT, responsible gambling, reporting, consumer protection, technical standards, customer care, as well as in the implementation of business and regulatory changes. Help drive the compliance agenda by coordinating tasks, following up with internal stakeholders on agreed actions, and ensuring that management decisions and initiatives are implemented in line with regulatory requirements and company standards.Support the upkeep, development, and follow-up of internal policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements. Assist in GDPR compliance by helping to maintain privacy policies, supporting regular reviews, and contributing to Data Protection awareness initiatives.Provide support in preparing documentation and coordinating regulatory licensing processes.Who are you?Demonstrated experience in a compliance, legal or regulatory role, or a university degree in a relevant field such as Law, Compliance, or Business Administration.Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.Experience in iGaming, financial services, or another highly regulated sector is considered a big plus!Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage several parallel responsibilities and deadlines.A collaborative team player who can also take ownership and work independently.High level of integrity, discretion, and professional ethics.What we offer!Join an innovative and agile team that's pushing boundaries and shaping the future of the gaming industry.
