Hi #Peru!We’re hiring a Client Handbook Coordinator!Join our team and help ensure our U.S.-based clients stay aligned with federal and state labor laws.In this role, you’ll create, update, and deliver customized employee handbooks using platforms like Mineral and Salesforce, while collaborating closely with HR teams and clients.📍 On-site in Lima, Peru🕒 Monday to Friday – Full Time -8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST🔍 Key Responsibilities:Develop and update personalized employee handbooks.Communicate with clients about policies, legal updates, and recommendations.Manage questionnaires and translate responses into legally compliant content.Ensure all manuals meet legal standards.Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.Provide administrative support and cross-team assistance.✅ Requirements:Experience in project management or administrative roles.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ LEVEL)Strong attention to detail and document accuracy.Quick learner with ability to adapt to new tech platforms.Bonus: Knowledge of U.S. labor laws or willingness to learn.Ready to apply?
