You will work with data movement, streaming, replication, and change data capture.This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable organization with an award-winning culture, work with the latest technologies and have 20% of working hours dedicated to your personal growth and learning.Skills/Experience Required:Support the Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability Lead to develop the compliance Framework and Technical standards and to operationalise and implement these frameworksResponsible for analysing, identifying opportunities and embedding ESG considerations within the procurement processResponsible for embedding enhancements into the supply chain through the identification of risks and vulnerabilities which could impact supplier performanceMaintain and update compliance policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulatory policies and standardsConduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and develop strategies against themStrategically partner with areas across the business and key stakeholders to implement risk mitigation strategies against procurement risks and issuesCoordinate and perform internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance controls and procedures.
