Compliance Manager (all genders)Full-Time | 60% in office/hybrid | VaduzAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our compliance framework within an international insurance and financial services environment. In this key role, you will oversee regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance initiatives, ensuring the company continues to meet the highest standards of integrity and regulatory adherence.Your ResponsibilitiesOversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the compliance framework in alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.Identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks within the internal control and operational risk systems.Lead the preparation and execution of the annual compliance activity plan, including reporting to executive management and the board.Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the insurance industry, advising management on implications and necessary actions.Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training programs to foster a culture of compliance across the organization.Act as the main point of contact for regulatory authorities and external auditors on compliance matters.Collaborate closely with legal, risk, and internal audit functions to ensure consistent and effective risk governance.Your ProfileAcademic background in law, economics, business, or a related field, with advanced training or certification in compliance or regulatory affairs.At least 6 years of professional experience in compliance or risk management, ideally within the insurance industry or financial services.Strong understanding of insurance supervision, EEA regulatory frameworks, and contract law; familiarity with Liechtenstein law is an advantage.Proven experience in preparing compliance reports and interacting with regulators.Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an asset.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.What’s on OfferCompetitive compensation and attractive staff benefits.Opportunities for ongoing professional development and certification.A flexible, supportive working environment with hybrid and remote work options.A dynamic, international setting where integrity and collaboration are key values.
