Compliance Manager

Corporate - Managerial role – Compliance Location: Mumbai Experience: 6 - 10 years (strong compliance management background)Desired Candidate Profile LLB/LLM preferred; Company Secretary qualification will be an added advantage.Corporate/plant/manufacturing/infrastructure/real estate.Strong knowledge of Indian laws relating to labour, safety, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.Hands-on experience in building compliance systems, legal risk assessment, and regulatory reporting.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training skills.High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Role ObjectiveTo establish and implement a robust compliance management framework covering all applicable laws in India, including safety, environmental, labour & HR, plant & machinery, and other statutory requirements.
