Do you want to play a key role in uncovering the compliance landscape for innovative energy solutions?Here Is What The Job EntailsAs Compliance Manager in the Heat/Cooling Business Unit, you will be responsible for driving and managing compliance activities across our products and offerings. Your primary focus will be on radio compliance within Europe and other key markets, while supporting the business unit in the development and execution of product market compliance processes across the business unit.Overseeing product compliance and monitoring regulations to assess their impact on Kamstrup’s products.Representing Product Management in compliance initiatives and relevant expert and standardization groups.Implementing compliance processes and providing technical product support in daily operations.Supporting Product Managers with type approvals and certifications and collaborating with key functions.Engaging with test labs and certification bodies and conducting research in regulatory and technical areas.Step into a role where your expertise drives global compliance and helps bring sustainable energy solutions to life.Meet your future teamYou will report to the Head of Platform Product Management and join a dedicated, cross-functional team within the Heat/Cooling Business Unit. The team consists of 10 skilled colleagues and a supportive leader, with several members already working with compliance across different domains. You’ll therefore have a strong foundation to build on, and plenty of opportunities for sparring and collaboration as you help strengthen our compliance efforts.Collaboration and knowledge sharing are at the core of how we work—closely with colleagues across Product Management, R&D, Quality, and external partners. In this role, you will play a central part in embedding compliance into our product development and market entry processes, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards.Did you know? You enjoy working across teams and functions—and you are ready to take the lead when navigating regulatory landscapes.In order to succeed, we imagine that you:Hold a higher technical education e.g. engineering, regulatory affairs, or similar.Have experience with product compliance — ideally within radio technologies and legal metrology.Know European regulatory frameworks (e.g. CE marking, RED Directive), and ideally also compliance in North America or Asia.Have strong coordination skills and communicate confidently with authorities and external partners.Are structured, proactive, and able to interpret complex legislation and communicate it clearly.As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in both English and Danish.Whilst you may not meet all the qualifications listed above, you could still be a good candidate for the position.
