Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee and enhance the company’s compliance framework in accordance with Shariah principles, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards. The ideal candidate will ensure the organization operates within the guidelines of the Central Bank regulations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum 5–8 years of experience in compliance within the insurance sector.Strong understanding of Central Bank compliance frameworks.Proven experience managing compliance audits and regulatory reporting.Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.Certification such as ICA, CAMS, or CCO is an advantage.
