Compliance Manager – Mons, Belgium Salary: €55,000 – €70,000 + packageWe are representing a leading international main contractor delivering large-scale technical and industrial construction projects across Belgium. Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee workforce and labour compliance across their Belgian operations.This is a key position ensuring all workers, subcontractors, and project activities remain fully compliant with Belgian labour laws, safety standards, and company policies.Key Responsibilities:Ensure all project personnel and subcontractors comply with Belgian labour and employment legislation.Oversee verification of right-to-work documentation, tax compliance, and social security registrations.Conduct regular audits of workforce records, subcontractor compliance, and site documentation.Liaise with internal departments, external auditors, and government bodies as required.Provide guidance and training to project teams on compliance best practices.Monitor legislative changes affecting labour law, health & safety, and employment compliance.Maintain accurate compliance reporting and documentation for all active projects.Requirements:Strong understanding of Belgian labour law and workforce compliance requirements.Previous experience in a compliance, HR, or project administration role within construction or engineering.Fluent in English and French (Dutch an advantage).Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to work across multiple sites and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.What’s on Offer:Competitive salary between €55,000 – €70,000 + comprehensive package.Opportunity to work with a leading main contractor on major industrial and technical projects.Long-term career development within a growing European business.If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of Belgian labour compliance, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of compliance processes within a dynamic, international construction environment.
