We have ambitious plans to significantly scale our existing business, broaden our product suite, and continue to grow profitably revenue year on year, with a clear roadmap of how we will get there. We are looking for a full-time Compliance Officer to be a part of our Quality and Compliance team.We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time, office-based role will ensure every Get Licensed training course is fully compliant, audit-able, and legally valid, and that all quality and standardisation systems are correctly maintained. The Compliance Officer will be required to safeguard the organisation by verifying that all training operations meet SIA, awarding-body (AO), and internal compliance standards and by ensuring the evidence, records, and systems behind them are complete and traceable.Goal: No course runs or certificate issues without full compliance evidence in place.What you will be doing:1. Course Compliance OversightVerify 100% of training courses delivered each month for full compliance.Check and log:Trainer qualifications, PI, insurance, and First Aid validity.Venue risk assessments and GLH (Guided Learning Hours)English assessment and learner ID verification.Attendance logs, assessment documentation, and video evidence (PI/First Aid).Record findings in the Compliance Tracker (SmartClass) and flag anomalies.Call 3–4 learners per course to confirm participation and authenticity.Mark each course as Compliant / Non-Compliant, with notes and actions.Escalate non-compliance immediately to the Director of Quality & Compliance.2. SmartClass Data ManagementMaintain the Compliance Dashboard and Compliance Tracker.Ensure every course run has:A completed checklist.Evidence uploaded or linked.Final compliance status recorded.Monitor expiry dates for trainers’ PI, insurance, and First Aid.Issue monthly reports of upcoming expiries to Anthony.3. Standardisation SupportAct as record keeper for all Standardisation Calls.Responsibilities include:Recording the call (Google Meet).Writing concise meeting minutes (key points, actions, attendees).Uploading the summary and recording link to SmartClass → Standardisation Log.Triggering SmartClass emails to trainers (attendees and absentees).Tracking acknowledgements in the system and reporting non-compliance.Maintain a clean, chronological archive of all calls (12 months minimum).4. Audit & ReportingPrepare all compliance data for AO / SIA / Ofqual audits.Produce weekly and monthly compliance summaries showing:% courses fully compliant.Recurrent issues.Trainer or venue risk areas.Support IQA and Quality teams with audit evidence when required.Maintain traceable digital records for 12 months.5. Continuous ImprovementIdentify process gaps or patterns of non-compliance and recommend fixes.Support system improvements in SmartClass — testing, feedback, and feature suggestions.Provide feedback to trainers to reduce repeat compliance issues.Champion professionalism and accuracy in every compliance activity.What we are looking for:Experience in training compliance, IQA, or regulatory operations (education or vocational sector preferred).Knowledge of SIA licence-linked training or Ofqual-regulated courses (advantage).Competence in data management and reporting.Strong English writing and communication skills.Minimum 2 years’ experience in a compliance or QA role.Desired Skills:Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy.Strong understanding of SIA / AO compliance requirements.Competent with digital tools (Google Workspace, SmartClass, spreadsheets).Clear, concise written communication.Analytical mindset. able to spot trends or risks.Organised, proactive, and calm under deadlines.Professional integrity and discretion handling sensitive data.Expected BehavioursWe're primarily non-hierarchical, allowing all our colleagues to take responsibility from day one.
