The group is majority-owned by its CEO and operates with a high level of collaboration and interconnection across locations. The Luxembourg office focuses on oversight, operations, compliance, and regulatory relations. Paris serves as the hub for distribution, finance, and leadership, while the London office primarily covers portfolio management and risk management. With strong proximity between teams and direct accessibility to senior management, the company fosters a culture of openness, agility, and shared expertise.Your role and responsibilitiesAs a Compliance & Oversight Officer, you will be part of the Luxembourg team under the supervision of the Conducting Officer responsible for Compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring robust oversight of the firm’s delegates and in maintaining a strong regulatory framework in line with CSSF expectations.Your main responsibilities will include:Conducting the compliance controls materialised in the Compliance Monitoring Plan.Conducting initial and ongoing due diligence on the company’s delegates (Investment Managers, Central Administrators, Distributors, etc.).Performing oversight of AML/CFT frameworks on delegates and investments (investor-related AML being handled by the Transfer Agents).Supporting the regulatory reporting process to the CSSF and other authorities (coordination, review, and submission of periodic and ad-hoc reports).Ensuring regulatory watch and implementation of new regulations such as DORA, including the assessment of impacts and coordination of necessary changes.Participating in corporate secretarial activities, including preparation and coordination of Board and Conducting Officers meetings.Contributing to regulatory projects (e.g. new fund launches, approval filings, or updates to the compliance framework).Assisting in responding to due diligence questionnaires from investors or third parties.Maintaining and improving internal procedures.Reviewing contracts and other legal agreements as appropriate.Acting as a point of contact with service providers, auditors, and regulators when required.You will have significant exposure to regulatory, operational, and corporate matters, offering a transversal view of the management company’s activities.Your profileMaster’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration or a related field.2–4 years of experience in compliance, legal, para-legal, or regulatory consulting (e.g. Big Four, management company).Solid understanding of the fund structures, management company obligations, and CSSF requirements.Strong interest in regulatory topics and delegates oversight.Appetite for operational work and the willingness to be hands-on in a lean environment where everyone contributes.Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, comfortable working autonomously in a small, agile team.Excellent organisation and communication skills.Fluency in French and English required.Curious, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities.The offerOur client offers a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and family-like environment, where collaboration and initiative are highly valued.
