About The JobThe mission of the Compliance Review Control Officer is to ensure that Compliance operates effectively in line with RISK Operational Risks management & Permanent Control standards, as well as contribute to the Compliance risks servicing the Chief Compliance officers and Operational perimeters by testing & challenging the end-to-end set up performing the second line of defense testing on ComplianceYour Main Activities ArePrepare the information related to the control execution with quality under the supervision/revision of a Tutor/SupervisorAssist the team in any generic task requested by the Team Leader and/or Tutor, that do not require a significant Compliance experienceIdentify and escalate issues according to defined procedures to a Tutor/SupervisorParticipate in the team meetings and facilitate discussions within the team (e.g., at morning meetings)Contribute proactively to the creation, implementation and update of SOPs; TORs or other Procedures under the supervision/revision of a Tutor/SupervisorRigorous management of the client transactions by monitoring pending/failed instructions, detecting errors/discrepancies and providing accurate information to clients either via email or phone in accordance to agreements in placeProfile and Skills to SuccessBachelor Degree in Law / Business Management / Economics / Finance or relatedAdvanced level of English, both written and oralKnowledge in MS Office Pack (Excel, Word)Attention to detail / rigorAbility to understand, explain and support changeAnalytical abilityCommunication skills, both written and oral Why joining BNP Paribas?
