Compliance Specialist

Job Summary :As Compliance Specialist, applicant will be responsible for ensuring compliance, managing risks, developing policies, and updating regulations.Job Description :Perform compliance function including compliance risk management as a part of operational risk and ensure that compliance policy is complied.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, statutory regulations and other formalities​.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors to assess ARISE's processes, systems, policies, products, and operations to ensure they meet all standards and compliance framework.Establish an annual Compliance Program and prepare Compliance ReportsReview and update the compliance policy from time to time.Develop and implement new policies and procedures to ensure compliance and stay updated with regulatory changes.Investigate compliance violations and take appropriate action to address them​ ​Communicate regulations, laws, and other relevant rules to the company’s employees and conduct a training to enhance understanding and efficient application of such to the company’s daily work​.
