Supervise junior member of the team to achieve the objective of timely and accurate responses to all Vendor Approval Requests. Analyse and independently assess the search results, data and information and make recommendations to senior management on potential red flags on search subjects. Review policies and procedures from time to time to improve the entire Vendor Approval Requests process. Provide reports and attend to ad hoc meetings or requests for inputs or support from time to time. Organise and maintain the accuracy of Compliance database Training: Assist the Compliance Manager to develop or update training materials. Supervise junior member of team in maintaining user profiles for employees and contracted personnel and in submission of timely reports Lead and support the achievement of high completion rate for all training.
