POSITION OVERVIEWThe Compliance Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that the company operates in full compliance with legal and Company policy requirements. This role is responsible for implementing compliance programs, and mitigating legal risks to protect the company's interests.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVESEnsure that company operations adhere to relevant laws, especially industry-specific regulations, and the Company’s policies.Conduct on-going and periodic monitoring according to Compliance Monitoring Plan to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies/guidelines and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate identified risks.Analyze and assess risks in operational activities and propose appropriate risk management measures. Organize training sessions for employees on compliance-related topics, and enhance and encourage the strong compliance culture across the company.Prepare reports for Manager on compliance activities, risk assessments, and any issues identified during audits or reviews.REQUIREMENTSHave knowledge of law/corporate governance/auditing/compliance/ISO; Bachelor of Laws, Business Management, Audit or higher;At least 5 years in relevant position;Logical thinking, independent work, problem-solving and business mindset;Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
