Compliance Support

About the RoleOur GxP Training department is looking for a skilled professional to support compliance activities related to training in a GMP-regulated environment. You will play a key role in ensuring training concepts are implemented effectively across technical operations at our Basel or Kaiseraugst sites. These sites manage the design, maintenance, and GMP-compliant operation of biotechnological, chemical, and pharmaceutical production facilities.What You’ll DoProvide administrative support for training initiatives based on local and global requirements.Develop training materials and assist in organising training sessions.Support internal departments in executing training strategies and maintain active communication with training organisations.Manage the Learning Management System (Cornerstone).Assist with project activities such as data migration.What We’re Looking ForCompleted education or degree in a pharmaceutical-related field.Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in administration, quality assurance, and training within pharmaceutical, chemical, or biotechnological environments.Proven experience with Cornerstone LMS.Strong knowledge of GMP regulations.Excellent analytical skills and ability to work independently on complex tasks.Strong communication skills and ability to build trustful relationships across all levels.Proficiency in German (spoken and written); good English skills are an advantage.Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications.Additional DetailsStart Date: ASAP (latest by 01 March 2026)Workload: 100%Location: Basel (approx. 2 days/week home office possible)
