With products and services in more than 200 countries and territories provided through its own brand and branded business segments, Euronet and its financial technologies and networks make participation in the global economy easier, faster and more secure for everyone.As a Compliance Team Lead - Corporate Activation / CDDO, your primary responsibility will be to conduct a thorough review of corporate onboarding applications, and ensure that all customers remain within the risk appetite of the firm throughout their lifecycle, while also leading a team of analysts working towards that common goal.Key ResponsibilitiesConducting reviews of corporate onboarding applications and supporting documentationVerify and validate ownership structuresCommunicating directly with clients to clarify documentation requirements, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance standardsWorking closely with the team to provide feedback on individuals performanceConduct Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence for new corporate and consumer relationshipsComplete ongoing monitoring of customer relationships on the back of trigger events or through their regular review cycleRemain up to date on core business activities and assist in the analysis of proposed business initiatives from a compliance operations perspectiveMaintain high levels of performance at all times including situations with challenging timeframes and complex situations and scenariosMaintain a strong control environment to ensure that records are completed in line with requirementsIdentify and escalate emerging issues or concerns with the ability to manage issues from identification to resolutionStrive towards continuous improvement of the compliance operations function Ensure the team is accountable towards performance achievement in line with agreed upon SLA and performance targetsPerform quality controls reviews on analyst work, ensuring that policy standards and quality are maintainedRequirementsEducated to degree level or at least 3-5 years' experience gained working within a similar role within the FX/Payments industry or within a similar regulated organization Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships and communicate effectivelyStrong organizational skills to enable identification of required tasks and deadlines and planning and prioritization of these tasks in an appropriate mannerClient-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellenceAbility to lead and drive a team of individuals towards achieving common goals and outcomesBenefitsLanguage courses on the eTutor platform for the employee and next of kinUdemy e-learning platform - the scope of the learning path to be agreed with the managerMedical care package at Luxmed for the employee and family with the ‘Freedom of Treatment' serviceLife insurance on preferential terms at TU WartaMultisport cardChristmas giftsSubsidised glasses up to PLN 1000Co-financing of kindergartens Integration activities - ping pong in the office, board games, volunteer projects Employee referral scheme
