The OpportunityAs a Compliance and Testing Engineer at woom, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of our products for our young customers. At woom, we offer a flexible working environment, opportunities for growth, and tasks that allow you to be yourself.Your MissionEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements across product categories and sales regionsConduct thorough research and communicate safety and compliance requirements to ensure comprehensive understanding and adherenceManage third-party testing (accredited testing institutes)Create testing plans based on legal and internal compliance standardsReview third-party test reports and maintain them in an internal compliance databaseSupport in-house testing and documentation of performed testsStay informed of changes in regulations and standards, recommending actions to maintain compliance of active productsContribute to the development of policies and processes that promote safety and complianceYour SkillsTechnical education (e.g., HTL) or a completed technical degreeAt least 3 years of experience in Compliance & TestingExperience with chemical testing is a plusA team player with an analytical mindVery good German and English skills, as our daily work is bilingualValid work permit for AustriaWho we areOur sustainable and lightweight bikes have won awards and created a loyal customer base all over the world!
